A new convenience store and fuel station on Prince Avenue in Athens, built as part of Golden Pantry’s continued footprint across the region. The scope included a new c-store building with walk-in coolers and freezer, new underground fuel tanks, fuel canopy and dispensers, and full site concrete. Brought in for preconstruction through closeout, with field coordination, project management, and scheduling driving a tight delivery on an active commercial corridor.
