A mixed-use commercial development on Briarcliff in Athens, anchoring two buildings on the same parcel: a multi-tenant retail strip fronting the street and a larger building behind it with a covered outdoor patio for restaurant use. The project required coordinating tenant fit-outs across multiple end users while maintaining a consistent architectural language across both buildings, with light-colored brick, dark metal panels, black storefront systems, and pergola-shaded outdoor space tying the development together. Site work included full parking, landscaping, signage monuments, and the patio hardscape that turns the rear building into a destination rather than a back-of-house.
