This project was an adaptive re-use of a 34,000sf building originally built as a textile manufacturing facility.  The scope of the project involved full replacement of MEP systems, structural repairs and replacements, ADA improvements, sitework and multiple energy efficiency upgrades.  The new facility provides medical services such as Imaging, Pharmacy, Primary Care, Women’s Health and Behavioral Health.
