Adaptive reuse of two warehouse buildings adjacent to Atlanta’s beltline totalling 45k+ square feet and 7 Acres. Project included significant site improvements including soil remediation, underground detention systems, hardscape landscape and all new utility connections. Project required phasing and coordination with the City of Atlanta, Marta, and multiple large scale adjacent construction projects.
